The Care Companion will welcome and guide our senior Medicare patients to an orientation presenting the benefits, features and processes of our client's specialized health care program. They will be required to engage the patient's in welcoming conversation, answer questions, assist in completing medical background information, and overcome objections and resistance to change.
The Care Companion should be available to conduct orientations in various settings. Ranging from on-site, via webinar and possible in-home setting.
They must attend orientation and training to comply with job objectives, skills, knowledge, policies and procedures. Training will consist of, at a minimum:
Qualifications: This job may require part-time as well as full time schedules and may include weekdays and possible Saturdays. The pay is hourly. Must have mobile phone with ability to download a timesheet and schedule application. Must have reliable transportation in the local area. Healthcare, customer service, and sales backgrounds are a plus. Excellent customer service with a big welcoming smile is mandatory!
